Terms of Use

Version 2026-08-31. These terms govern your use of the bskts interface at bskts.xyz and the bskts smart contracts on Robinhood Chain.

Read this before you deposit. bskts is non-custodial software. No one can reverse your transactions, recover your keys, or restore funds lost to a smart-contract failure, an oracle failure, or your own mistake. You can lose everything you deposit. If you are not comfortable holding that risk yourself, do not use this interface.
01

Agreement

By connecting a wallet to, or otherwise using, the bskts interface (the Interface) or the bskts smart contracts (the Protocol), you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface or the Protocol.

You confirm you are acting on your own behalf, or that you are authorised to act for the entity you represent and that entity is bound by these terms.

02

What bskts is — and is not

The Protocol is a set of open, immutable smart contracts that let anyone mint and redeem baskets: ERC-20 tokens that hold fixed quantities of other tokens deployed on Robinhood Chain. The Interface is a website that helps you construct transactions and read on-chain data. It is a convenience, not a service provider.

We do not take custody of your assets at any point. Deposits go directly from your wallet into the Protocol’s contracts. Baskets are minted to your wallet. We cannot move, freeze, or recover them.

A basket is not a fund, an ETF, a collective investment scheme, a deposit, or a claim on us. It is a token whose value is derived from the tokens the contract holds. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, and no basket is registered with any securities regulator.

The tokens a basket holds are issued by third parties, not by us. We do not create, back, redeem, or guarantee them, and we make no representation about whether any of them is a faithful representation of the asset it references or about the solvency or conduct of its issuer.

03

No advice

Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary, and no such relationship is created by your use of the Interface.

Backtests, projections, estimated PnL, strategy simulations, and “vs buy & hold” comparisons are illustrations computed from historical or modelled data. Past and simulated performance does not predict future results. They exclude effects that will apply to you in practice and should not be relied on as a forecast of what you will earn.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for the tax consequences of them.

04

Eligibility and restricted persons

You represent and warrant, each time you use the Interface, that you:

  • are at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter these terms;
  • are not located in, resident in, a national of, or acting on behalf of anyone in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and are not on any sanctions or restricted-party list (including those administered by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations);
  • are not using the Interface from, or on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction where doing so would breach local law — determining that is your responsibility, not ours; and
  • will not use the Interface to break any law, including money-laundering and sanctions law.

We may block access to the Interface from any address or region at any time, for any reason, without notice. Blocking the Interface does not block the Protocol: the contracts are permissionless and remain reachable independently of us.

05

How a basket is priced

A basket’s net asset value (NAV) is the sum of each constituent token’s balance held by the contract multiplied by that token’s price as reported by the price oracle, divided by the shares outstanding. There is no order book and no market price separate from that calculation.

Minting and redeeming are proportional and in kind, so deposits and withdrawals do not move NAV per share. The price therefore depends entirely on the oracle. If the oracle reports a wrong, stale, or manipulated price, the NAV shown to you and used by automated orders will be wrong, and you may transact at a price that does not reflect the true value of the underlying.

NAV shown in the Interface is indicative. The amount you actually receive depends on execution, and will differ from the quote.

06

Fees

The Protocol charges, and you agree to pay:

  • 0.20% on deposits (mint fee);
  • 0.20% on redemptions routed to a token (redeeming in kind carries no protocol fee);
  • a streaming management fee per basket, currently 0.50%–0.95% per year, which accrues continuously and dilutes holders in favour of the treasury address; and
  • an automation fee per executed order for automated strategies, which covers the executor’s gas.

Separately from protocol fees you bear network gas, routing costs (liquidity-pool fees and price impact when constituents are bought or sold), and any bridge fees for cross-chain deposits. These are paid to third parties, not to us.

Fees may change. Changes to on-chain fee parameters take effect when the transaction that sets them confirms. Continuing to use the Protocol after a change is your acceptance of it.

07

Automated orders and spend permissions

Stop-losses, take-profits, brackets, recurring buys, ladders, and grids are executed by an off-chain executor (the “keeper”) that we operate. When you arm one, you either escrow basket shares in a contract or grant a spend permission bounded by the caps, expiry, and slippage limits you set.

You accept, specifically, that:

  • no order is guaranteed to execute. The keeper can be offline, delayed, out of gas, rate-limited, or unable to route a trade. Your trigger price may be passed without your order filling;
  • orders fill at the price available when they execute, which may be materially worse than your trigger;
  • an armed order escrows shares, so they leave your wallet until it fills or you withdraw it; and
  • you may cancel a resting order or revoke a spend permission at any time, and you are responsible for doing so if you no longer want it to run.

We owe you no duty to execute any order, to execute at any particular price or time, or to keep the keeper running at all.

08

Risks you accept

Using the Protocol can result in the total loss of everything you deposit. In particular:

  • Smart-contract risk. The contracts may contain bugs. An exploit can drain a basket irreversibly.
  • Oracle risk. Wrong, stale, or manipulated prices produce wrong NAV and bad executions.
  • Market risk. Constituent prices can fall to zero.
  • Liquidity risk. Thin pools mean slippage, failed routes, or an inability to exit to cash at a reasonable price. In-kind redemption remains available.
  • Third-party issuer risk. Tokenized assets depend on their issuer honouring them. That issuer may fail, freeze transfers, or stop supporting the token.
  • Bridge risk. Cross-chain deposits rely on third-party bridges and relayers that we do not control, and may be delayed or fail.
  • Keeper risk. Automation is centralised and may stop. See section 07.
  • Chain risk. Robinhood Chain may halt, reorganise, or change in ways that affect the Protocol.
  • Regulatory risk. Rules may change so that the Protocol, a basket, or a constituent becomes restricted or unusable.
  • Key risk. Lose your keys and your assets are gone. We cannot restore them.

You confirm you understand these risks and are financially able to bear the total loss of your deposits.

09

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, and device, and for every transaction signed by your wallet. You must verify transaction details before signing. You must not:

  • use the Interface to break the law or to launder funds;
  • attempt to exploit, attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Interface, the Protocol, or their infrastructure;
  • manipulate prices, oracles, or markets; or
  • misrepresent the Protocol, or hold yourself out as acting for us.
10

Availability

The Interface is provided on an as is and as available basis. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, and we do not promise any level of uptime, accuracy, or continued support for any feature or any basket.

Data shown — prices, NAV, positions, costs, history — may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. The blockchain is the authoritative record.

11

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Interface or Protocol will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful code.

We do not warrant that any basket will track any index or asset, achieve any return, maintain any level of liquidity, or be redeemable at any particular value.

12

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our contributors, officers, or agents are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising from or connected with your use of the Interface or the Protocol — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims connected with the Interface or the Protocol will not exceed the greater of (a) the protocol fees you actually paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where that is so, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless us, our contributors, officers, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Interface or the Protocol, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14

Intellectual property

The bskts name, logo, and the design and content of the Interface are ours. These terms give you no licence to use them. Smart-contract source and any code released under an open-source licence are governed by that licence.

15

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are published with a new version number on this page, and you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue to use the Interface. Your acceptance is recorded against your wallet address and the version accepted. Continuing to use the Interface after a change means you accept it.

16

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Interface or Protocol, are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — to be completed], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of [VENUE — to be completed] have exclusive jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by law, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action; claims may be brought only in an individual capacity.

17

General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may. These terms are the entire agreement between us about their subject matter.

The operator of the Interface is [LEGAL ENTITY — to be completed]. Contact: [CONTACT ADDRESS — to be completed].
